Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was an absolute gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, boasting a luxurious bath and a balcony that offered stunning views of the White Mountains with plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and conveniently close to the bus station. Dining was a mixed experience, with a wide variety of options but not fully showcasing the best of traditional Cretan dishes. Overall, great value for money with fantastic amenities and facilities.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the main bus station of Chania and near the major attractions, making it very convenient for a short city stay. The rooms, although not super big, are comfortable for three people and satisfy all needs. On the downside, I would not go there for swimming, but it's perfect for exploring the old town and harbor.
The hotel offers nice, modern, and super clean rooms, making it very comfortable for our family. The service was excellent with a friendly and accommodating staff going above and beyond. The location is perfect, close to the bus station and tourist sights. The dining experience was delicious with fantastic local dishes. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Old Town Chania, and the facilities made my experience even more enjoyable. However, the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was a bit off-putting. Overall, a great value for money hotel with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size with everything you could want, including a welcome bottle of wine and fruit, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The hot breakfast, though included, was usually cold and not great. However, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall, a spacious room with some ups and downs.
The hotel offered a sleek finish and daily cleaning, although our room wasn't quite ready at first, we got a free upgrade to an exceptional executive suite. The service was very accommodating and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. The location was great, near the port and surrounded by restaurants and bars, but the chair availability was a bit busy. The dining experience was a good surprise with a wide selection of tasty options.
